The information in each file (title, subject, comments, etc) you have to edit individually, which is really tedious if you have many to modify. For these cases you need File Information Editor, which lets you easily edit the information in multiple files at the same time.
The information in all the fields is shown by File Information Editor in a worksheet format. This way it is much quicker to update each of the fields. You can copy and paste among different cells, search/replace the content, rename, delete values of all the cells selected, etc. You can also copy the stored information to the clipboard.
Some of the properties File Information Editor lets you view or modify are: title, author, category, character counter, comments,dates, keywords, last print date, subject, etc.
